Handy location with friendly staff.
Great location; handy to transport, park, & shops etc. Great staff. :) Minded my bag for me.
- for me the Wifi signal was quite poor ( front room/ streetside). As i was just there for one night i did not get to discuss this with staff.

Ideal location and price for Ueno Station, museums, sights and most other things you could want! !
Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, clean condition inside.Everything worked. Fire safety appliances visible and door security systems modern and working.
Room was small but comfortable. Condition was good but redecoration would take it to the next level.

Clean, location, friendly staff. This was my 3rd or 4th stay in the hotel, I will surely ho again.
Room service til 1130am only. I booked 3 different single room , one of them is much smaller than the other 2
