Handy location with friendly staff.
Great location; handy to transport, park, & shops etc. Great staff. :) Minded my bag for me.
- for me the Wifi signal was quite poor ( front room/ streetside). As i was just there for one night i did not get to discuss this with staff.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, clean condition inside.Everything worked. Fire safety appliances visible and door security systems modern and working.
Room was small but comfortable. Condition was good but redecoration would take it to the next level.

Location is great. Close to Station. Good breakfast. Excellent choice with this price.
We walked up to the bridge walkway and did not find elevator to go down, we finally need to take our luggages down the stairs. If there is some more information about the walking path, it would be helpful.

Small room but it’s fine if you need a place to sleep.
Location. 5 minute walk from the Ueno station.
Small room and the air conditioning was a bit too warm. Guests are also required to turn in their room card key with the front desk staff when leaving the hotel and the front desk is closed between 1:00am to 5:00am.
